At Westport Big & Tall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the shipping box and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
